We have a telephone consultation with our client and find out about their objectives. We create an action plan and let them know our fixed fees. 

Step 2 - Engagement

We send an engagement letter and get KYC documents. 

Step 3 - Free Heads of Terms advice

We provide free advice on negotiating Heads of Terms and 

work closely with our client's agent from the outset. 

Step 4 - Legal drafting and negotiation

We draft and negotiate legal documents. We work closely with 

our client and always keep them up to date with the transaction.
 

Step 5 - Third party co-ordination

Where required, we co-ordinate with lenders and overseas law firms.

Step 6 - Exchange and completion

We deal with exchange and completion of the transaction and 

post-completion matters with the Land Registry. 

Step 7 - Celebrate

We celebrate completion with a social event such as a meal.  

We also offer our clients a complimentary day of golf.
