The legal industry is changing. The traditional model of a law firm with large overheads, layers of internal administration and high hourly fees is out of touch with the needs of the commercial real estate industry.
We provide the same quality of legal advice as a top city law firm but operate using a flexible, agile and technology driven set-up. This means that our clients benefit from a highly personalised service and fixed fees.
We are an energetic and commercially focussed law firm which adopts a pro-active approach to all transactions.
With our deep sector knowledge and experience, we are able to assist you with any commercial real estate transaction – no matter the size.
We act with integrity and professionalism at all times. Our relationships are built upon trust and loyalty.
We take ownership of work and deliver results for our clients through actions,
not just words.
We work in partnership with our clients. Our clients' interests are our interests.
We act for businesses and individuals including:
Examples of transactions our lawyers have advised on include:

Prior to his legal career, Raza was a Policy Advisor based in the House of Commons where he advised on legal affairs. He has a Masters of Law from University College London and is an alumni of the US State Department professional exchange programme. He speaks Hindi, Urdu and basic Mandarin.
Outside of work, Raza is a keen mountain climber and supporter of charity work. He has raised funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and also East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices by undertaking expeditions to Mount Everest base camp and K2 base camp.
